Artists in residence come to Red Horse Press either by invitation or application. The artist is provided with one on one instruction and assistance as he or she is guided through the printmaking process, working towards a completed edition or suite, which is produced and published by the studio.

Some recent residents have been Katherine Porter, who completed a suite of four woodcut monotypes in May, and Elizabeth Blomster, who produced a large suite of monotypes in June, and Cyndy Sperry, who completed a suite of woodcuts in October.
